Having looked after my mom for the last few years I know a number of the problems others will face in caring for the elderly. Happily, my mom lived to 102 and we were able to give her the care and help she needed to remain in her own home. However, this will not always be the case for others and if you are like me any help will be appreciated as let’s face it for most of us this is a steep learning curve.
Today I was contacted by Elmer George (aka The Contrarian Librarian) who quite by chance had a list of helpful resources to help the elderly that I wanted to share with you (see below).
